Hello it’s Tuesday

Hope everyone had a fantastic Monday.  I chose not to post on my blog yesterday because it was a very special occasion.  Monday November 9, 2015 made one-month for my husband and I since we tied the knot and it was also my puppies, Lolita’s, 5th birthday.  Lolita and I spent a mommy daughter day.  She got a mini make over and we went to the mall, how funny.  That in its self was a funny experience.  I’ll save that for another journal writing.  
So my husband and I celebrated our one-month anniversary by opening up one of our bottles of wine from our wedding venue, Malibu Rocky Oaks.  Then we sat down taking turns reading notes that our guest had left for us at our wedding.  We didn’t go with the traditional guest book.  We decided to go with notes, well since for us, our relationship all started with a note.  We thought it would be cute to incorporate notes in our wedding.  That was basically our theme, along with Happily Ever After. For those who know me know I am a Cinderella fanatic!  I have to say going through the notes was a lot of fun.  For any of you who aren’t married yet it’s a great and fun idea.  
We took turns picking a note out of the jar, which we had this jar out as you walked into the venue, along with these cute little notes cards that had written on top Advice for how to live Happily Ever After; and we read them to each other.  We had a couple notes with no names, it was fun for us to try and guess who left those.  They were quite funny.  Really funny!!!
I have so many things I want to write about and share with you.  Especially wedding ideas.  My husband and I were engaged for three years.  The week he asked me I was already planning.  So I had a lot of time between 2012 and October 9th, 2015 to plan.  I put so much thought, time, and detail into my wedding.  I wanted it to be just perfect.  For the most part it was.  Of course nothing is perfect, but you can get close to what you want, with a little imagination and creativity.
