Avoid Negative Nancys

Mornings in general are my least favorite part of the day, rewind back to Tuesday morning. When I woke up I was exhausted! I could feel aches and pains on my body where-ever I directed my attention too. And in reality, I know these feelings were conjured up in my head to avoid getting up and being productive. I moaned to myself: ‘how I didn’t want to get out of bed’ ‘I’m so tired’ ‘my body is telling me to rest,’ etc. I was cozy and all cuddled up in my bed with RAMBO, one of my pup’s, with his warm furry back pressed against mine; Lolita, my other pup, cuddled up in the shape of a doughnut against my stomach; and the right side of my face so perfectly contoured by my therapeutic pillow, ahhh. ‘Why on earth would I want to get up?!’

I tried prying my left eyelid up, but it just fluttered, like a fly that has just gotten it’s wings wet. I tried every tactic, of my own, to convince myself that my aches and pains were real. I even tried to convince myselt that the heaviness of my left eyelid was detrimental to my health, so therefore, I had to “sleep in”…lol. What-ever I could do to reiterate why it made sense to sleep a little while longer I tried it. I almost succumbed to my self-induced ailments; but this deep-seeded feeling of frustration and resentment had me jump out of bed so fast, you’d-a thought I had just seen a ghost.

Plain, Simple, And To The Point:

Avoid Negative Nancys (aka: Negative Thoughts) Few people realize that their ailments are largely self-induced. Habitually sick people go to great lengths to talk about their illness. They watch and study the symptoms closely and end up developing what they expected. If you think it to be true, then your right. People who are so detailed and elaborate about their ailments and are constantly talking about it everyday, end up bringing about what they fear.

So…if these people can develop a sickness with thought alone, then that must mean, everyone can bring about what they think about?! FACT! The universe offers an unlimited supply of power for everyone to tap into. Most importantly are the thoughts you allow to seep into your subconscious mind. Stay present. Be in the moment. When it comes to your thoughts you must remain vigilant of the thoughts you’re allowing to enter your mind. In order for you to manifest what you desire: you must be specific; you need to know with all your being; and have the knowledge; and the experience, to manifest what you desire.

Food for thought: Avoid those who pity themselves. Keep in mind that ‘misery enjoys company.’ When you are looking and moving forward to make progress, the last thing you need in your life is anyone or anything negative. They will suck the life out of you; leaving you high and dry. Remember: Set your standards high for anyone or anything you allow in your life. It’s not selfish, it’s HEALTHY!

I am so sick of negative and destructive thoughts. These sort of thoughts devour your mind, and once you’ve allowed just one negative thought slide in, that Negative Nancy starts it’s nasty cycle. These thoughts creep up so fast that it’s as if you’d been hit by a freight train: they consumes you; spitting you out; and shortly after you’ve inched yourself to some-sort of normalcy, BANG!!!! Just Like a boomerang the negative Nancy’s, of crippling thoughts, are back. They sift there way down into your subconscious, and determines how your body feels. Fuck Negative Nancys!

Right now you can begin to transform into who you want to be! You don’t have to wait until: this up coming Monday; until you get married; until you buy a house; until you have a baby. You don’t have to wait for a any certain occasion to start your life. LIFE IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW! Time is not your friend. Time is not waiting for you to do “whatever it is” you “think you have to do” first, in order to start living the life you want. You can start the life you want right this very moment! And I urge you to. What are you waiting for?! Go! Go do you! And I hope that you live the life you know in your heart you deserve. You are awesome! So much so, that I wrote this for you.
